Noelle is a confident, nice, fun, and understanding 17 year old from France.
History[]
Noelle grew up in Paris, France. Only because her parents were magicians working in the 14th Nome; they didn't live at the 14th Nome, though, because they had no idea that Noelle was a magician too. Whenever her parents went to the 14th Nome to work, Noelle would sneak off to her friend's ( her friend is named Mary) house. One day, when Noelle was 12, she had snuck off as planned, and when she got to Mary's house, Mary was gone. So Noelle called Mary's parents on her cell phone, and discovered her friend had been ran over by a car, and was dying. She asked what hospital she was in, and ran as fast as she could there. By the time she reached Mary, Mary was almost dead. Bursting into tears, Noelle grabbed Mary's hand and willed her to stay alive. Suddenly, a circle of light surrounded them, and Mary healed completely. After that event, Noelle raced home, only to see her parents frantically searching the house. Noelle walked up to her mom and told her about the day's events. Her mom's eyes widened, and she told Noelle's father. Then they took Noelle away to the First Nome so fast, Noelle couldn't even say good bye to Mary. There, everything was explained. Her parents had to leave to go back to the 14th Nome, but they promised that every year on Noelle's birthday, they'd have a day all to themselves. They also gave Noelle a protective amulet.
